Required for Returning CGHA players
1 - completed registration Online

New players (i.e. not previously registered with any Girls Hockey Association)
1 - Completed registration form and cheque
2 - Proof of age (copy of birth certificate)

Players previously registered with another Girls Hockey Association
1 - Completed registration form and cheque
2 - Proof of age (copy of birth certificate)
3 - Permission to Skate and/or Release form (Must have before going on ice) 

Fees  20010/11  Season

– Cost $525.00

Must register before
July 31, 2010.

– $50.00 less for 2nd, & 3rd child in the same family

– $100.00 lottery fee per family 

LATE FEE: $50.00 per player if you register after July 31,2010

Late Fee Does not apply to new players.

Additional  Fees for teams to be determined as applicable
