The 2009 CGHA Annual General Meeting will be held on;
It is at this meeting all amendments to our constitution are made and our new executive for the next year is voted on. If you think you might be interested in becoming involved in some capacity, please speak to an Executive Member and plan to attend our Annual General Meeting. |

This meeting is open to all CGHA members. All positions are for a 2-year term unless noted otherwise. CGHA is currently accepting nominations for the following Executive positions for the 20010-2011 hockey season:
· President · 2nd Vice president · Ice Scheduler · Fundraising/Special Events · Tournament Director · Referee Scheduler · Webmaster · Registrar ·
Persons wishing to stand for election to the said Executive must state their intentions prior to the Call to Order by means of written documentation to the Executive by June 6 2010. Persons so nominated must either be present, or must have submitted acceptance of the position, in writing, prior to any nomination and be a member in good standing for 2 years.
CGHA Members can propose amendments to CGHA Bylaws: Any amendment to the By-laws by a member must be in writing, signed by a member in good standing and received by the CGHA President or an Executive Member 2 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

We encourage all of you to attend these meetings when they occur as it allows you to put forth ideas for your child’s hockey program and to be involved in discussions that may impact you or your child. Come out and share your views and ideally, get involved in helping run 'our' association. We're always looking for new ideas and new people so we hope you'll join us! |
