Text Box: Teams will play in the Lower Lakes Female Hockey League in a 20 to 26 game schedule, plus Playoffs and Tournaments. Required Documents:
Players registered with the OWHA this past season with another organization other then the Clearview Girls Hockey Association must have a "Player Release" or "Permission to Skate" Form from their current association.

 

Permission to Skate Forms (PTS)

A “Permission to Skate” is required should a player registered with the Clearview Girls Hockey Association wish to attend rep tryouts or practice with another association. A “Permission to Skate” is time-limited and valid for the specified period of time recorded on the form. Check our forms Page.

Anything Highlighted yellow denotes a  time and day change.

 Fees: One Hour -$10 1.5 Hour- $15.
